Application and thinking on informationization management of scientific research archives in a hospital in Yunnan Province
Objective Based on the archive data,achieve the integration and development of hospital scientific research archival information data and informationization of scientific research management work.Methods Using computer management and network transmission means,research and design scientific research information management system of digitization and networked in management process which integrating data storage,query and statistical analysis.Results Establish and improve the functions of inputting personal scientific research archives,reviewing and retrieving paper submissions,and achieve the integration and archiving of internal research archives information resources in the hospital.Conclusions The application of the hospital research archive information management system has achieved the sharing of research resources,which is beneficial for medical personnel to understand their research achievements and improve their awareness of research archiving.It has a positive effect on improving the application value of hospital research archive management.
