Analysis on foodborne disease surveillance in Yuxi City from 2018 to 2022
Objective To understand the incidence of foodborne diseases in Yuxi City and provide data and theoretical support for formulating targeted prevention and control measures.Methods This article collected surveillance data on foodborne diseases in Yuxi City from 2018 to 2022,and conducted statistical analysis using SPSS25.0.The characteristics of foodborne diseases in Yuxi City were described based on the time,space,population,and distribution of suspicious foods.Results From 2018 to 2022,782 outbreaks of foodborne diseases were detected in Yuxi City,with a total of 3412 cases,showing obvious seasonality.Suspected food was mainly wild mushrooms and its products,and the food source was mainly the household.The susceptible population was concentrated in 20-59 years old,mainly farmers.Conclusions Foodborne diseases in Yuxi City have the characteristics of obvious seasonality,concentrated source locations,difference in population incidence,and low degree of species identification.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of time nodes,locations,susceptible populations and high-risk foods.
