Study on pulse characteristics of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes based on attribute partial order principle
Objective In this paper,300 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as research subjects to provide a certain basis for TCM assisted diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of elderly T2DM patients. Methods The pulse of patients was collected by the physical identification system of tongue-surface pulse information acquisition, and the attribute partial order structure graph was constructed by the data mining technology of Yanshan University for analysis and research. Results In 300 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, the main pulse patterns were deficient pulses,string-like pulses and knot pulses, and the three often appeared simultaneously, forming complex pulse patterns such as deficient string pulses, knotted deficient pulses and knotted string pulses. Conclusions The pulse patterns of elderly type 2 diabetes patients is mainly deficient,string-like and knotted pulses, which is in line with the pathological characteristics of liver and kidney deficiency,as well as multiple deficiency and stasis. In clinical treatment,it is recommended to consider both liver and kidney conditions and supplement with blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs based on the degree of string-like and knotted in the pulse patterns.
