Analysis on pathogenic distribution characteristics and drug resistance analysis of acute limb trauma infection
Objective To explore the pathogenic distribution characteristics and drug resistance of acute limb trauma infection. Methods Microbial samples from wound surface of acute limb trauma patients admitted to the Emergency Trauma Center of our hospital from September 2021 to July 2023 were included in the data, and the distribution of isolated strains was analyzed.WHONET 5.6 software was used to analyze in vitro drug susceptibility test data according to the updated standards of the American Society for Clinical and Laboratory Standardization(CLSI)in 2020.Results 1.A total of 1282 samples were sent for examination, and 220(17.16%)non-repetitive pathogenic bacteria were isolated.Gram-positive bacteria were the main strain, with a total of 111 strains, accounting for 50.45%;2.The top three gram-positive strains isolated were Staphylococcus epidermidis,Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus in sequence; The top three gram-negative strains were Pseudomonas putida,Pseudomonas oryzae and Acinetobacter yoshii, respectively. Conclusions Improving the detection rate of microbial specimen submission in patients with acute limb trauma, timely understanding the pathogenic distribution characteristics and drug resistance of wound secretions after acute limb trauma, can provide important basis for clinical treatment.
