Study on diagnosis of fetal malformation by sequential tracking combined color Doppler ultrasonography
Objective To explore the advantages of continuous sequential tracking combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal limb malformation. Methods In this paper,329 pregnant women were described as study subjects, all of them underwent continuous sequential tracking ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound.Based on the gold standard of fetal birth and induced labor results, compared and analyzed examination sensitivity by continuous sequential tracking method and color Doppler ultrasound, respectively, and examination sensitivity and difference by continuous sequential tracking method combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb malformation. Results The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of continuous sequential tracking method combined with color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal limb malformation were higher than any single ultrasonic diagnosis method, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).High consistency between the results of color Doppler ultrasound combined with continuous sequential tracking method and fetal birth and induction of labor(Kappa-0.85).Conclusions It is suggested that continuous sequential tracking combined with color Doppler ultrasonography is superior to single ultrasonography in the diagnosis of prenatal fetal limb malformation.
