Analysis on clinical characteristics, blood routine and scatter plot of 100 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia
Objective Through the analysis of clinical characteristics, blood routine and scatter plot of 100 cases of APL,the writer warmed the reviewers of blood routine reports to conduct timely microscopic reexamination to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of abnormal promyelocyte report. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical features, blood routine and scatter plot features of 100 APL patients.Analyzed scatter plot features based on different white blood cell counts. Results The incidence of APL was similar between men and women, with slightly more men than women. The main complaints of bleeding, fever and fatigue accounted for 46%,20%and 15%respectively.Followed by decreased blood cells found during physical examination and abnormal blood routine found in tumor reexamination after tumor surgery, accounting for 8%and 5%respectively.At the time of treatment for APL patients,82%patients had abnormal white blood cells,82%had varying degrees of anemia,95%had low platelet count, and only 3%had no abnormal promyelocytes in peripheral blood at the time of treatment. In APL patients with similar white blood cells, the blood routine scatter plots were more consistent. Conclusions Through the patient's chief complaint, blood routine results and scatter plot guidance, laboratory personnel can be guided to find abnormal promyelocytes during microscopic examination, and providing skills for the rapid diagnosis of APL.
