The clinical value of systemic immunoinflammatory index in patients with Sjogren's syndrome
Objective To explore the application value of SII in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of pSS combined T2DM.Methods A total of 136 pSS patients who visited outpatient clinics from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected, including 28 pSS-T2DM patients and 108 pSS patients alone, and 124 T2DM patients were randomly selected as a control group. In this paper, automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect blood cell parameters, and SII,NLR and LMR were calculated based on the results. Results Compared with the pSS group, the levels of blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count, neutrophils,NLR and SII were significantly higher in pSS-T2DM group;Compared with the T2DM group,hs-CRP levels, neutrophils,NLR,PLR and SII increased while glycated hemoglobin,Lymphocytes, and LMR decreased in the pSS-T2DM group;Compared with T2DM group, blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, total white blood cell count,Lymphocyte count, and LMR decreased while PLR increased in pSS Group. Conclusions SII is correlated with the occurrence and development of pSS to pSS-T2DM,and the combined application of blood routine test,NLR,PLR and other indicators has good application value in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of pSS.
