Investigation on blood lipid level of healthy adults in Yuxi City of Yunnan Province
Objective To investigate the distribution of blood lipid level in apparently healthy adults in Yuxi City and analyze its risk factors. Methods A total of 951 healthy people(429 males and 522 females)aged 18 to 79 years old were selected from the physical examination center of Yuxi People's Hospital. The influence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, the use of lipid-lowering drugs and other factors were excluded. The concentrations of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1 and ApoB were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer, and the detection results were grouped according to gender, age and various risk factors for statistically analysis.T-test was used to compare the two groups of normal distribution data, and analysis of variance was used to compare multiple groups of data. Results The levels of TC,HDL-C and ApoA1 in females were significantly higher than those in male, with statistical significance(P<0.05),while the level of TG in male were significantly higher than that in female, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and ApoB significantly increased with age, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The level reached its peak at 60-69 years old and decreased after 70 years old. Conclusions Through this study,we obtain the distribution of blood lipid levels in apparent healthy adults in Yuxi City, providing objective basis for clinical assessment of the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and guiding clinical physicians to formulate reasonable treatment plans.
