Surgical performance salary distribution practice based on surgical difficulty and CMI
Objective Establish a performance-based salary distribution scheme that reflects the value of surgeons'technical labor,encourage surgeons to improve their technical level and work efficiency,and promote the functional positioning of tertiary public hospitals.Methods Through retrospective analysis of discharge data,t test and rank sum test were used to analyze the changes of surgical performance indicators.Results After the implementation of the program,the number of surgical discharge cases and the number of third and fourth level operations increased,and the length of hospital stay shortened.Conclusions The performance-based salary distribution scheme stimulates the potential of surgeons and promotes the improvement of hospital work efficiency and service ability.
