摘要
目的 探索DRG付费改革能否与临床医生绩效直接挂钩.方法 对玉溪市人民医院2017年-2023年DRG付费结果进行了定量与定性分析.结果 建立了不以DRG付费结果为导向的激励机制.结论 DRG付费结果不能与临床绩效考核直接挂钩.
Abstract
Objective To explore whether DRG payment reform can be directly linked to clinician performance.Methods A quantitative and qualitative analysis was conducted on the DRG payment results of People's Hospital of Yuxi City from 2017 to 2023.Result An incentive mechanism that is not oriented to DRG payment results has been established.Conclusion DRG payment results cannot be directly linked to clinical performance evaluation.
