摘要
TFF3是一类小分子多肽,是三叶肽家族的成员之一.在哺乳动物体内具有调控黏膜保护与修复、肿瘤抑制、信号传导及调节细胞凋亡等作用.近年来,TFF3在肿瘤的研究中日益受到关注,本文将对TFF3的分子结构、生理功能及在肿瘤发生发展中的作用进行综述.
Abstract
TFF3 is a small molecule polypetide and a member of the trefoil peptide family.It plays a key role in regulating mucosal protection and repair recovery in mammals,tumor suppression,signal transduction and regulating cell apoptosis.In recent years,TFF3 has attracted more and more attention in tumor related researches.This article reviews the molecular structure,physiological function and role of TFF3 on in the genesis and development of tumors.
