摘要
近年来国内外的儿童、青少年和成人的肥胖率在不断升高,肥胖已成为全世界的流行病,也是全球需要共同面对的重大公共卫生危机.本文就国内外的儿童青少年和成人肥胖患者的流行病学及社区管理实践模式进行回顾和总结,指出我国现阶段肥胖管理模式中存在的问题,并不断探索有效可行性高的社区肥胖患者管理手段.
Abstract
In recent years,the obesity rate among children,adolescents and adults at home and abroad has been increasing.Obesity has become a global epidemic and a major public health crisis that the world needs to face together.This article reviews and summarizes the epidemiology and community management practice models of children,adolescents and adults with obesity at home and abroad,points out the existing problems in the current obesity management model in China,and constantly explores effective and feasible community management methods for obesity patients.
