摘要
医学研究生是医疗行业的未来从业者,他们所从事的职业与服务对象的生命息息相关,这就要求其不仅需要具有扎实的理论基础,更需要具备过硬的思想政治素养.因此,思想政治教育工作在医学研究生培养过程中至关重要.文章首先分析了医学研究生思想政治教育的重要性,然后阐述相关研究及进展,最后提出二级培养单位医学研究生思想政治教育策略.
Abstract
Medical postgraduates are the future practitioners of the medical industry,their occupation is closely related to the life of the service object,which requires them not only to have a solid theoretical foundation,but also to have excellent ideological and political literacy.Therefore,ideological and political education work is very important in the course of medical postgraduates training.This paper first analyzes the importance of ideological and political education for medical postgraduates,then expounds the relevant research and progress,and finally puts forward the ideological and political education strategy for medical postgraduates in secondary training units.
