目的 改进验证方案,体外模拟临床标本平行检测,评估不同血培养系统检测病原菌的差异.方法 二十种不同病原菌采用两步/三步法稀释获得小于30 CFU/mL的菌悬液,平行接种1mL到不同类型培养瓶进行检测并记录.结果 BacT/ALERT FA Plus培养瓶检测金黄色葡萄球菌、无乳链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、新型隐球菌、马尔尼菲蓝状菌时报阳时间较短,BACTEC™ FX血培养系统树脂需氧瓶检测肺炎链球菌、树脂厌氧瓶检测产单核李斯特菌、脆弱拟杆菌报阳时间较短,检测其余十一种病原菌时两种培养系统报阳时间没有差异.结论 两种血培养系统在检测不同种类病原菌时各有优势,BacT/ALERT VIRTUO血培养系统检测较低浓度马尔尼菲篮状菌时优势显著.
Improved method for performance evaluation of BacT/ALERT VIRTUO and BACTEC? FX blood culture system
Objective To improve the validation scheme,parallel detection of simulated clinical specimens in vitro was performed to evaluate the differences of pathogens detection in different blood culture systems.Methods 20 different pathogens were diluted by two-step/three-step method to obtain bacterial suspensions less than 30 CFU/ml,and one ml were inoculated into different types of culture bottles for detection and recording.Results The positive detection time of Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus agalactiae,pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and cryptococcus neoformans in BacT/ALERT FA Plus culture bottle was shorter.The positive detection time of Streptococcus pneumoniae,Mameffei basket and Listeria monocytogenes in resin anaerobic bottle and Bacteroides fragile in BACTECTM FX blood culture system resin aerobic bottle was shorter.There was no difference in positive time between the two cultures when the other 11 pathogens were detected.Conclusions The two blood culture system have advantages in detecting different kinds of pathogens,and the BACTECTM FX blood culture system has significant advantages in detecting lower concentration of Mameffei basket bacteria.
