Analysis on differences between ethnic minority and Han nationality in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in southern Yunnan
Objective To analyze factors differences of between ethnic minority and Han nationality in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in southern Yunnan.Methods The data of 421 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the neurosurgery department of the First People's Hospital of Honghe prefecture from January 2020 to February 2022 were analyzed retrospectively,and the differences of intracerebral hemorrhage location,sex,age,onset time,admission blood pressure,hemoglobin,body mass index,basic diseases,smoking history,drinking history and treatment plan between ethnic minorities and Han nationality were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the location of cerebral hemorrhage,age,onset time,basic diseases and drinking history between ethnic minorities and Han nationality patients with intracerebral hemorrhage in southern Yunnan(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in gender,admission blood pressure,hemoglobin,body mass index,smoking history and treatment plan between ethnic minorities and Han nationality(P＞0.05).Conclusions There is a significant difference between ethnic minority and Han nationality patients with cerebral hemorrhage in southern Yunnan,especially in terms of living habits.Changing living habits and controlling basic diseases can provide relevant basic analysis basis for clinical prevention and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage disease.
