Prediction value of capillary leakage index combined with PLT for acute kidney injury by renal syndrome hemorrhagic fever
Objective This study aimed to explore the predictive value of capillary leakage index combined with platelet count(PLT)and others for acute kidney injury(AKI)caused by hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods A total of 112 patients diagnosed with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome admitted to Chuxiong People's Hospital from October 2020 to May 2024 were collected and divided into AKI group(71 cases)and non-AKI group(41 cases).Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of AKI occurrence in patients. The efficacy of capillary leakage index combined with PLT in predicting AKI in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome was evaluated by subject working characteristic curve. Results WBC,NE,LYM,MO,PLT,PLR,ALB and CLI were significantly correlated with AKI incidence in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(P均≤0.05).The maximum area under ROC curve was PLT combined with CLI,combined with WBC and combined with PLR(0.759).The specificity and sensitivity of multiple indexes in predicting AKI in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were better than that of a single index. Conclusions CLI combined with PLT is effective, simple and repeatable in predicting AKI in patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and has important clinical value.
