目的 探讨关节镜下前交叉韧带保残重建手术的临床疗效和影响.方法 将2020年9月-2022年8月在本院收治的40例急性ACL完全断裂患者于关节镜下行ACL保残重建手术治疗,观察患肢术前、术后临床疗效和IKDC膝关节功能评分表、Lysholm评分等评估膝关节活动范围.结果 所有患者均获完整随访,平均随访时间(17±1.2)月,所有患者术后复测前抽屉试验(-)、Lachman试验(-);术后患肢Lysholm评分为(88.1±6.7)分、膝关节活动范围为(102.3±4.7)分、IKDC评分为(92.4±6.4)分,较术前明显增加,并恢复至受伤前活动水平,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 关节镜下前交叉韧带保残重建手术对急性ACL完全断裂患者有明确的疗效,能显著改善患肢的膝关节感觉功能,提高术后患者满意度.
Clinical efficacy observation of reconstructive surgery of anterior cruciate ligament under arthroscopy
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and impact of reconstructive surgery of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament preservation.Methods 40 patients with acute complete ACL rupture admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were treated with ACL preservation reconstruction surgery under arthroscopy.The clinical efficacy of the affected limb before and after surgery,as well as the IKDC knee joint function rating scale and Lysholm score were observed to evaluate the range of knee joint motion.Results All patients received complete follow-up,with an average follow-up time of(17±1.2)months.All patients were retested preoperative drawer test(-)and Lachman test(-);The postoperative Lysholm score of the affected limb was(88.1±6.7),the range of knee joint motion was(102.3±4.7),and the IKDC score was(92.4±6.4),which showed a significant increase compared to preoperative and returned to the level of pre-injury motion,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery has a clear therapeutic effect on patients with acute complete ACL rupture,significantly improving the knee joint sensory function of the affected limb and increasing postoperative patient's satisfaction.
