Analysis on the effect of Wechat group mixed teaching model in standardized training for resident physicians
Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline Wechat group mixed teaching model in standardized training for neurosurgery resident physicians.Methods A total of 56 standardized training trainees of neurosurgery resident physician in the specialty base of neurosurgery were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group adopted the mixed teaching mode based on online and offline Wechat group,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.Questionnaires were conducted to investigate the effect of different teaching modes for two group of students.Results The experimental group was better than the control group the control group in terms of independent learning ability,learning interest and learning initiative,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group was superior than the control group the control group in terms of theoretical test scores and professional skills,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The mixed teaching mode based on online and offline Wechat group is helpful to improve the quality of standardized training for neurosurgery resident physicians.
