Working practice and optimization suggestion on infection prevention and control in stereoscopic shelter
Objective To explore the effect of infection prevention and control on infection prevention and control working of stereoscopic shelter in infectious disease outbreak,and put forward optimization suggestion.Methods It used the methods of literature review and experience summary,the practical experience of infection prevention and control in stereoscopic shelter from infection management team of Yunnan assistance Shanghai Hospital.Results The successful practice of infection prevention and control working of Yunnan assistance Shanghai stereoscopic shelter Hospital provided a feasible blueprint for transforming high-rise buildings into stereoscopic shelter hospitals,it also highlighted its important role in emergency responses of infectious disease outbreak.Early intervention in site selection and reconstruction,emphasis on the physical and mental fitness and discipline of team members,the establishment of training assessment supervision of the whole process of teaching,improve the information health monitoring and control system and other methods,all had played a positive role.Conclusions The successful practice on infection prevention and control of Yunnan assistance Shanghai stereoscopic shelter Hospital provides valuable reference for infectious disease prevention and control.However,it still needs to be further optimized in combination with practice to provide guidance for future infectious disease outbreak.
