Application of three-dimensional visualization combined simulation training in the teaching of cardiac surgery resident
Objective To explore application effect of the teaching mode of three-dimensional visualization combined with simulation training in the teaching of cardiac surgery residents.Methods 36 cardiac surgery residents of Fuwai Cardiovascular Disease Hospital of Yunnan Province were selected as the study subjects from January 2021 to April 2023,and they were divided into research group and control group of 18 each by the method of randomized numerical table.The research group adopted the three-dimensional visualization combined with simulation training teaching mode,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.After the teaching is finished,the teaching was evaluated through the examination results and teaching effects.SPSS20.0 software was used for data processing and statistical analysis.Results In the examination results,the research group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group was significantly better than the control group in teaching effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The teaching mode of three-dimensional visualization combined with simulation training in the teaching of cardiac surgery residents,it improves professional skill operation,mobilizes trainees'enthusiasm for learning,increases trainees'hands-on opportunities,and reduces trainees'nervousness from theory to practice directly,and can obtain satisfactory teaching results and can be popularized and applied.
