Exploration on the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of QT interval extension in patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis
Objective To explore the distribution characteristics of QT interval extension in patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis and its influencing factors. Methods A total of 115 patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis were selected as the study objects, and the demographics and initial clinical data were collected. The patients were divided into extension group and no-extension group according to QTc values. The influencing factors of QT interval extension were explored through univariate screening and binary logistic regression, and the ROC curves were drawn to clarify their diagnostic efficacy. Results There were statistically significant differences in serum K,Na,Hb,ALB,TBIL,PT,RBG,TC and MELD,MELD-Na,Child-Pugh scores in patients in the QTc interval extension group and no-extension group(P<0.05).Child-Pugh score(OR=1.353,95%CI:1.007~1.82)and RBG(OR=1.155,95%CI:1.001~1.332)were the independent risk factors for QTc interval extension(P<0.05),Whereas the serum K(OR=0.204,95%CI:0.058~0.714)and Hb(OR=0.973,95%CI:0.956~0.991)were protective factors(P<0.05);The areas under QTc extended ROC curve which judged by K,Hb,RBG,and Child-Pugh scores were 0.648,0.709,0.645 and 0.695,respectively.Conclusions Changes in serum K,Hb,RBG and Child-Pugh scores are independent influencing factors in the QTc interval extension in patients with hepatitis C cirrhosis.
