Analysis of clinical features and combined drug use in 163 patients with severe tuberculosis complicated with sepsis
Objective To analyze the clinical features and combined drug use in patients with severe tuberculosis complicated with sepsis.Methods Patients with severe tuberculosis combined with sepsis admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Kunming from October 2020 to December 2023,who were hospitalized for 28 days and survived,were selected as the research object.Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software were used for statistical analysis on the basic information of patients and drug association rules.Results Patients with anemia,respiratory failure,electrolyte metabolism disorders and other diseases;The most frequently used drugs and drug types were isoniazid and antituberculosis respectively.The results of association rule analysis showed that the combination of ethambutol and isoniazid had the highest proportion(77.30%)according to drug varieties,and the combination of quinolones and anti-tuberculosis drugs had the highest proportion(77.91%)according to pharmacological analysis of drugs.Conclusions Most patients with severe tuberculosis complicated with sepsis are complicated with anemia,respiratory failure,electrolyte metabolism disorders and other diseases.The clinical treatment is mainly anti-tuberculosis combined with antibacterial treatment,and the drug use is basically in line with the recommendations of guidelines and expert consensus,which can provide certain reference for clinical drug use in patients with severe tuberculosis combined with sepsis.
