Analysis on career status and influencing factors of young high-level talents in infectious disease hospitals
Objective To understand the career status of young high-level talents in a tertiary infectious disease hospital in Yunnan Province,and explore the influencing factors.Methods The study was conducted among young professionals with master's degree or above in a tertiary infectious disease specialty hospital in Kunming,Yunnan Province.General data questionnaire and career status evaluation scale were used to investigated.Results The career status score of high-level talents in the infectious disease specialty hospital was(87.79±12.16),among which age,fertility and professional satisfaction were the influencing factors.Conclusions Hospitals should establish effective career management mechanisms to promote professional satisfaction of young high-level talents and maintain and enhance their career level.
