Enhance the awareness of front-line service and provide medical protection for newly trained officers and soldiers
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of medical support for newly trained officers and soldiers,and to provide reference for enhancing the ability of military medical institutions to provide forward support service.Methods The medical security service characteristics,service items,service effects and benefits of officers and soldiers were analyzed in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023,and the results and experience before and after the medical security were summarized.Results The institute took the high incidence of diseases in different periods of the new recruits'training as the focus of prevention and control,formulated scientific prevention and control programs and practical logistics support measures,so that the newly trained officers and soldiers could obtain timely and high-quality medical diagnosis and treatment services,which made up for the shortage of medical talents and the lack of specialized diagnostic capacity in the new training base,and improved the service capacity and efficiency of military medical institutions.Conclusions The implementation of the medical security service has effectively served the soldiers,improved the overall efficiency of the military training,and improved the efficiency,standardization and comprehensiveness of the diagnosis and treatment work,which is worthy of popularization and reference across the country.
