Objective To observe the effects of the antitumor medicine-Kanglixin capsule on cell proliferation,cell cycle and apoptosis of the SGC-7901 cell.Methods After inoculated for 12,24,36,and 48 hours respectively,the action of Kanglixin capsule on growth inhibiting rate was detected by MTT,the DNA content of cell cycle in each phase was detected with flow cytometry and the morphologic change of cell apoptosis was observed through fluorescence microscope.Results The result of MTI method reveals that the inhibition rate of Kang Lixin capsule has a close time-dose-effect relationship;the flow cytometry result indicates that Kanglixin capsule can block cell cycle in G1 phase,meanwhile it decreases the percntage of cells in S phase and G2 phase;the fluorescence microscope observes that Kanglixin capsule could induce early apoptosis and late apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells.Conclusion The inhibition of Kanglixin capsule on SGC-7901 cell can be realized by means of blocking cell cycle and inducing the cell apoptosis.
