摘要
"玄府"一词始见于《黄帝内经》,玄府理论经历代医家补充而逐渐完善.玄府作为人体气机升降的通道存在于机体各处,其功能具有广泛存在性和开阖通利性.现代医学的肺泡毛细血管屏障与玄府功能相关,为玄府理论在新冠感染防治中的应用提供了现代的科学依据.新冠感染的中医病理机制主要为湿毒郁肺、玄府郁闭.因此,开通玄府是新冠感染防治的基本治则.本文结合奥地利和澳大利亚的临床实践,阐述了玄府理论防治新冠感染的5种方略:祛邪开玄、理气开玄、通络开玄、化湿开玄、扶正固玄.经上百例临床实践表明,开通玄府对新冠感染的防治是确切有效的.本文从玄府开阖的角度解析新冠感染的机理,整合中西医学理念拟定其防治方略,对新冠感染和未来"疫病"的防治具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
The term"Xuanfu"first appeared in the"Huangdi Neijing",Xuanfu's theory was gradually improved through additions by doctors of the past dynasties.Xuanfu is found throughout the body,it serves as a channel for the ascending and descending of the body's vital energy,exhibiting a wide-ranging and facilitating as a switch.The pulmonary alveolar capillary barrier of modern medicine is related to the function of Xuanfu,which provides a modern scientific basis for the application of Xuanfu theory in the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease(COVID-19).The TCM pathologic mechanism of COVID-19 is mainly dampness and toxicity in the lungs and Xuanfu stagnation and blockage.Therefore,opening the Xuanfu is a fundamental principle in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.This article,drawing from clinical practices in Austria,elucidates five strategies for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 based on Xuanfu theory:dispelling pathogenic factors and opening Xuanfu,regulating qi and opening Xuanfu,unblocking meridians and opening Xuanfu,resolving dampness and opening Xuanfu,and strengthening the body's defense and consolidating Xuanfu.Clinical evidence from over a hundred cases demonstrates the efficacy of opening the Xuanfu in the prevention and treatment of COVID-19.This article offers an analysis of the mechanism of COVID-19 from the perspective of Xuanfu's opening and integrates both traditional Chinese and Western medical concepts to formulate preventive and treatment strategies.It holds significance for the management of COVID-19 and future"epidemic diseases."
