Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Siwei Shengjing Oral Liquid Combined with Levocarnitine in the Treatment of Asthenozoospermia
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Siwei Shengjing oral liquid in combination with Levocarnitine oral liquid on asthenospermia.Methods 56 male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia were chosen as participants and randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group using the number table method,with 28 individuals in each group.The control group received Lecarnitine oral liquid as the sole treatment for a duration of 3 months,while the observation group was treated with Siwei Shengjing oral liquid combined with Lecarnitine oral liquid for 3 months.Observe the sperm motility of two groups of patients after treatment.Results The observation group showed significantly higher levels of sperm motility(a+b)and pregnancy rate compared to the control group.Conclusion The combination of Siwei Shengjing oral liquid and levocarnitine oral liquid has a more significant effect on improving sperm motility compared to taking levocarnitine oral liquid alone,greatly increasing pregnancy rate,and improving male yang deficiency,cold intolerance waist and back pain,and long-term physical wealness,so it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
