摘要
中医针灸镇痛效果显著且无明显不良反应,国际公认,现常用于疼痛的辅助治疗.视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,NMOSD)是免疫介导,视神经和脊髓同时或相继受累的自身免疫性疾病,在亚洲人群中较多见,具有复发率高、病程长、致残率高等特点,严重影响生活质量.在NMOSD患者中疼痛格外常见,高达半数以上的NMOSD患者可出现疼痛,药物治疗疗效不佳.本文旨在总结针灸治疗NMOSD相关神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效.
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion has significant analgesic effect without obvious adverse reactions,which is internationally recognized and is often used as an auxiliary treatment for pain.Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders is an immune-mediated autoimmune disease in which the optic nerve and spinal cord are involved simultaneously or successively.It is more common in Asian population and has the characteristics of high recurrence rate,long course of disease and high disability rate,which seriously affects the quality of life.Pain is particularly common in patients with neuromyelitis spectrum diseases,up to more than half of neuromyelitis of patients with neuromyelitis spectrum diseases can have pain,and the drug treatment is not good.This article aims to summarize the clinical effect of acupuncture on neuropathic pain associated with optic neuromyelitis spectrum disease.
