摘要
本文通过分析《金匮要略》中含有防风、防己的方剂,发现张仲景对于这两味中药的使用具有鲜明的特色:防风擅长祛风,经方中常与解表药桂枝、补气药人参、养血活血药当归(生地)、温里药附子(干姜)相配伍;防己擅长利水,经方中常与温阳化气药桂枝、补气药黄芪、利水药茯苓相配伍;同时防风、防己合用可治风邪夹杂之证.本研究旨在探究防风、防己在《金匮要略》中的用药特点,总结医圣张仲景对这两味中药配伍组方规律,以期能为中医临床用药提供依据和参考.
Abstract
In this paper,by analyzing the prescriptions containing Fangfeng and Fangji in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,it is found that Zhang Zhongjing has distinct characteristics for the use of these two traditional Chinese drugs:Fangfeng is good at dispelling wind-evil,and it is often compatible with the exterior-releasing medicinal Guizhi,the Qi-tonifying medical Ginseng,the blood-tonifying and blood-activating medicinal Danggui(Shengdi),and the interior-warming medicinal fuzi(Ganjiang);Fangji is good at inducing diuresis,the prescription is often combined with warming Yang to form Qi medicinal Guizhi,the Qi-tonifying medical Huangqi,dampness-draining diuretic medicinal Fuling;at the same time,the combination of Fangfeng and Fangji can treat the wind-evil mixed syndrome.The purpose of this study is to explore the characteristics of Fangfeng and Fangji in synopsis of the golden chamber,and to summarize the compatibility rules of the two traditional Chinese drugs by Zhang Zhongjing,hoping to provide a basis and reference for the clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.
