张晓琳教授运用培土荣木法治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的临床经验探析

摘要
本文介绍了张晓琳教授治疗肝胃不和型慢性胃炎的临床经验,张晓琳教授认为脾胃虚弱、木气失荣、肝郁乘脾是致本病的主要原因.使用培土荣木法治疗可以起到健脾养胃、养血柔肝、调达肝木的作用,选用柴芍六君汤合归脾汤加减化裁治疗,获得良好临床疗效.
Abstract
This paper introduces Professor Zhang Xiaolin's clinical experience in treating chronic gastritis with liver stomach disharmony.Professor Zhang Xiaolin believes that the main causes of this disease are spleen and stomach weakness,loss of wood Qi,and liver depression affecting the spleen.The use of Peitu Rongmu method to treat this syndrome can have the effects of invigorating the spleen and stomach,nourishing blood and softening the liver,and regulating liver wood.The formula is Chaishao Liujun Tang combined with Guipi Tang with add and substract to cut treatment,achieving good clinical efficacy.
