基于"微生物-肠-脑轴"理论探析针灸治疗阿尔茨海默病的思路

摘要
阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种进行性发展的中枢神经系统退行性疾病."微生物-肠-脑轴"与AD的发病密切相关,已成为近年来防治AD的新靶标.中医认为脑与肠经络循行上相互关联,生理病理上相互影响.针灸具有整体调节、双向良性调节的作用,能够作为一种微生态调节器,良性调控"微生物-肠-脑轴".然而,针灸治疗AD的肠道机制仍需进一步阐明.本文以中医理论为基础,分析了"微生物-肠-脑轴"与AD的相关性,并探讨针灸通过"微生物-肠-脑轴"治疗AD的机制,以期为AD的治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease is a progressive degenerative disease of the central nervous system.The effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of AD has been confirmed by many studies,but the related mechanism remains to be further clarified."microbiota-gut-brain axis"is closely related to the pathogenesis of AD,and has become a new target for the prevention and treatment of AD in recent years.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the brain and intestine meridians are interrelated in circulation and affect each other in physiology and pathology.Acupuncture has the function of overall regulation and two-way benign regulation,and can be used as a microecological regulator to regulate the"microbiota-gut-brain axis"in a benign way.However,the intestinal mechanism of acupuncture in treating AD needs to be further clarified.This study analyzes the relationship between"microbiota-gut-brain"and AD,and explore the mechanism of acupuncture treating AD through"microbiota-gut-brain",in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of AD.
