摘要
刘自力教授治疗难治性面瘫根据疾病的发展和病机演变选用不同的治疗方法.临床上注重辨虚实、扶正祛邪,强调针药结合、从"瘀"论治,使用运动针法联合电针、放血,最大发挥针灸优势,疗效显著.
Abstract
Professor Liu Zili's experience in treating refractory facial paralysis by different treatment methods which are selected according to the development and pathogenesis of the disease.Clinical attention to distinguish deficiency and excess,tonify-zheng qi and dispelling evil qi,emphasizing the combination of acupuncture and medicine,basing on the pathogenesis of"stasis"syndrome,the use of"movement acupuncture"combined with electro-acupuncture,bloodletting,to maximize the advantages of acupuncture,the effect is remarkable.
