摘要
本文基于中医"阳火、阴火"理论,从中医病因病机及治法方药探讨熊磊教授治疗小儿热厥经验.根据小儿独特的生理病理特点,认为小儿热厥的基本病机是阴阳失调,火热郁结于里;而火有阴阳之分,故以阴阳为辨证纲领,从"阳火、阴火"角度辨治小儿热厥.并附验案一则,以资验证.
Abstract
This article discusses Professor Xiong Lei's experience in treating paediatric febrile syncope based on the theory of"Yang fire and Yin fire"in Chinese medicine,in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and the treatment methods and prescriptions.Professor Xiong Lei believes that the basic pathogenesis of paediatric febrile syncope is the imbalance of Yin and Yang,with fire and heat stagnating in the lining.There is a distinction between Yin and Yang in fire,so Yin and Yang is used as a platform for identification and treatment of paediatric febrile syncope from the perspective of"Yang fire and Yin fire".A test case is also attached for verification.
