儿童变应性鼻炎的中医诊治现状

摘要
综述儿童变应性鼻炎的中医临床诊治现状.变应性鼻炎属于鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病范畴,是一种较为常见的过敏性疾病.其显著特征是具有季节性发病规律,而发病主因在于与过敏原的接触.本病属中医"鼻鼽"范畴.本病病位在肺,但与脾肾关系密切,主要有肺经风寒型、肺经伏热型、肺脾气虚型、肺肾阳虚型.对于变应性鼻炎的治疗,在辨证论治时,需将病与证相结合,此外还可应用中医外治疗法.
Abstract
A review of the current status of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Allergic rhinitis is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa,one of the common allergic diseases,with the characteristics of seasonal onset,mainly related to exposure to allergens.This disease belongs to the category of"rhinitis"in traditional Chinese medicine.The disease is located in the lung,but it is closely related to the spleen and kidney,mainly with the types of wind and cold in the lung channel,latent heat in the lung channel,deficiency of Qi in the lung and spleen,and Yang deficiency in the lung and kidney.For the treatment of allergic rhinitis,it is necessary to combine the disease with the syndrome in the dialectical treatment.In addition,it can also be applied to the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
