Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shenmai Injection in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods:WanFang,VIP,CNKI,CBM,PubMed,Embase and The Cochrane Library databases were searched for randomized controlled trials of Shenmai Injection in the treatment of children with viral my-ocarditis.The time frame was self-established from September 2021.Revman software was used for meta-analysis.TSA software was used for sequential trial analysis, and Stata software was used for publication bias assessment.Re-sults:Ten studies were included and a total of 697 patients were enrolled. The meta-analysis showed that Shenmai Injection combination could effectively improve the total clinical effective rate of viral myocarditis in children[RR=1.22,95%CI=(1.15,1.30),P<0.00001]and the total effective rate of electrocardiography[RR=1.23,95%CI=(1.15,1.31),P<0.00001]and LDH variation[MD=-28.12,95%CI=(-33.44,-22.80),P<0.00001],while CK-MB variation[MD=-15.17,95%CI=(-32.87,2.52),P=0.09]and CK variation[MD=-51.71,95%CI=(-105.04,1.62),P=0.06].The sequential analysis of trials showed the meta-analysis results of the total clinical response rate were conclusive.Harbord assessment showed no publication bias(P=0.67).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection combined with conventional secheme in the treatment of children with viral myocarditis has good clinical efficacy and application value.
