Objective:To analyze the medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods:The TCM decoction for treating primary dysmenorrhea was retrieved from CNKI and WAN-FANG DATA from the self-built database to October 30,2021,and the prescription data were screened.The fre-quency,four-qi and five-flavor,channel tropism,association and cluster analysis were performed through Ancient and Modern Medical Record Cloud Platform V2.3.5.Results:A total of 143 prescriptions were included,including 144 TCM flavors,which mainly returned to the liver,spleen,heart and kidney meridian.The most frequently used drugs were Angelica sinensis,Peony,Corydalis tuber,Ligusticum and Rhizoma cyperi,etc.The most commonly used association combinations are Angelica-peony,Angelica-Ligusticum,Corydalis-Peony Ligusticum-Peony,etc.Conclusion:The treatment of primary dysmenorrhea is mainly based on activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and tonifying blood,supplemented by tonifying qi,promoting qi and dispersing cold.This study provides a refer-ence for the clinical medication of primary dysmenorrhea.
