Exploration of the Clinical Application of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Infertility Based on Data Mining Technology
Objective:To explore the clinical application rules of moxibustion in the treatment of infertility by u-sing data mining technology and to provide diagnosis and treatment basis for clinical moxibustion in the treatment of in-fertility.Methods:The relevant literature on moxibustion in the treatment of infertility in CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,CBM and PubMed from January 1,2010 to January 1,2022 were searched by computer.The literature was screened accord-ing to the exclusion criteria,and information such as the type of moxibustion method,amount of moxibustion,treatment method,main syndrome type,frequency of acupoints,location of acupoints and meridian normalization were extracted.The data statistical analysis,cluster analysis,association rule analysis and complex network analysis were made by using Excel2019,SPSS24.0 and SPSS Model 18.0.Results:A total of 101 literature was obtained by literature search and screening.After literature data extraction and mathematical statistics analysis,49 acupoints were obtained with a total frequency of 374,among which Guanyuan point had the highest frequency.The acupoints relates to twelve meridians as well as Ren and Du channels.In specific acupoints,confluent acupoints were the highest,and the acupoints in the chest and abdomen were the most.In terms of moxibustion,there were many kinds of treatment methods,among which the combination of moxibustion and Chinese medicine was the main one.Moxibustion methods are divided into 9 cate-gories,of which mild moxibustion was the main method.The duration of treatment was mainly 20-30 min,taking 2 to 5 strong moxa cones.The frequency of treatment was usually 1 time/day.The cluster analysis obtained 4 groups of acupoints cluster,the association rule analysis obtained 8 association groups,complex network analysis obtained com-plex network diagram of acupoints.Conclusion:Moxibustion treatment of infertility mainly consists of mild moxibustion and heat-sensitive moxibustion,and stresses on the amount and frequency of moxibustion.The commonly used treat-ment methods are the combination of moxibustion and Chinese medicine,and the commonly used treatment points are Guanyuan point,Shenque point,Zigong point,Sanyinjiao point and Qihai point.The results can provide reference for the clinical application of moxibustion treatment of infertility.
