Analysis of the Medication Rules of Professor CAI Wei in the Treatment of Chronic Cystitis Based on Data Mining
Objective:To summarize the medication rules of Professor CAI Wei in the treatment of chronic cysti-tis.Methods:The outpatient who were diagnosed and treated by Professor CAI Wei in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2022 to December 1,2022 were included.A total of 1099 con-sultations were conducted and Professor CAI Wei's chronic cystitis treatment database was established.The TCM inher-itance computing platform(V3.0)was used to perform the frequency statistics,property statistics,association analysis and K-mean cluster analysis of Chinese herbs in the database.Results:Among the 1099 prescriptions included,there were 35 herbs with a frequency of ≥100,mainly including Licorice(1050 times,95.54％),Astragalus(1030 times,93.72％)and Angelica(969 times,88.17％).The four properties of herbs were mainly warm,followed by cold and moderate.The five tastes were mainly bitter,followed by sweet and pungent.The main channels were mainly liver and spleen,followed by lung,heart,stomach and kidney channels.Through the association analysis and cluster analysis,76 commonly used herb combinations were obtained,and 5 core prescriptions were excavated.Conclusion:Professor CAI Wei believes that chronic cystitis is located in liver and spleen,and is closely related to lung,heart,stomach and kidney.The treatment takes tonifying qi to promote blood circulation and clearing heat to dry dampness as the principal thing and combining cold and warm simultaneously,which has certain guiding significance for clinical practice.
