摘要
目的 分析外治湿疹的中药复方专利用药规律,为中药新药的研发提供参考.方法 检索数据库建库至2022年4月10日国家知识产权局专利数据库中关于外治湿疹的中药复方专利,录入Excel 2019进行选录,借助SPSS Modeler 18.0软件、SPSS Statistics 25.0软件进行可视化分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析和关联规则网状图展示.结果 通过筛选共纳入中药复方专利142项,涉及中药445味.单味中药苦参71次(50.00％)、黄柏53次(37.32％)、蛇床子51次(35.92％)为出现频率最高的前三味中药.中药功效以清热药、祛风湿药、活血化瘀药为主.药性以平、寒、温为主,药味以苦味、辛味、甘味为主,主要归属于肝、肺、胃经.高置信度关联规则有"苦参-地肤子,白鲜皮、苦参-黄柏,白鲜皮、苦参-百部"等.聚类分析得到7类"苍术、牡丹皮、地肤子"、"防风、白芷、紫草"等.结论 中药复方专利外治湿疹有规律可循,以清热除湿、祛风止痒为基本原则,符合中医药治疗湿疹的理论基础.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the patent medication rules of Chinese herbal compound for external treatment of eczema and to provide reference for the research and development of new Chinese medicine.Methods:The Chinese herbal compound patents on the external treatment of eczema in the patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office until April 10,2022 were searched and input into Excel 2019 for selection.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and SPSS Statistics 25.0 software were used for visual analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and association rule network diagram display.Results:A total of 142 Chinese herbal compound patents were included through screen-ing,involving 445 herbal flavors.Single Sophorae 71 times(50.00％),Phelloderma 53 times(37.32％)and Fruc-tus cnidii 51 times(35.92％)were the top three herbs with the highest frequency.The main effects of Chinese herbal compound were heat-clearing medicine,wind-dampness medicine and blood-activating medicine.The properties were mainly moderate,cold and warm,and the tastes were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,which mainly belong to the liver,lung and stomach channels.The association rules with high confidence was"Sophorae-Kochiae,Dictamni,Sophorae-Phellodendri,Dictamn,Sophorae-Stemonae"and so on.The cluster analysis obtained 7 categories,such as"Atractylodes,Peony bark,Kochiae""Sikeris,Angelica,Lithosermi"and so on.Conclusion:Chinese herbal compound patent for external treatment of eczema has rules to follow.The basic principles of clearing heat and remo-ving dampness,dispelling wind and relieving itch are in line with the theoretical basis of TCM treatment of eczema.
