逐瘀安脑方治疗缺血性中风急性期的理论探讨

摘要
缺血性中风是常见的脑系疾病之一,中医药采用整体观念和辨证论治来治疗有着独到的优势.痰、瘀二毒是缺血性中风急性期之关键所在,而逐瘀安脑方是治疗缺血性中风急性期的经验方,能够逐瘀解毒利水.通过从历代医家及导师对缺血性中风的病因病机的认识、逐瘀安脑方的组方原理及组方中药物的现代药理学研究探索其机理,为逐瘀安脑方治疗缺血性中风急性期在临床上应用及推广提供理论依据.
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is one of common brain diseases.TCM has its unique advantages in the treatment of the diseases with holistic concept and syndrome differentiation.The two poisons of phlegm and stasis are the key to the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Zhuyu Anao Decoction is an empirical prescription to treat the acute stage of ischemic stroke.Through the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke of doctors of all dynasties,the principle of Zhuyu Anao Decoction and the modern pharmacological research of the herbs in the prescription,the mech-anism of Zhuyu Anao Decoction is explored to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application and promotion of Zhuyu Anao Decoction in the treatment of acute stage of ischemic stroke.
