复方丹参滴丸联合米力农对慢性心力衰竭患者的血清生化指标和心率变异性的影响

目的 探究复方丹参滴丸联合米力农对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清生化指标、心率变异性的影响.方法 选取80例CHF患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),对照组给予米力农治疗,观察组给予复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗,疗程为8周;比较2组疗效、心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)]、血清生化指标[白介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、心率变异性指标[24 h正常窦性RR间期标准差(SDNN)、相邻RR间期差值＞50 ms心搏数占总RR间期数百分比(PNN50)、低频带(LF)].结果 与对照组比,观察组总有效率更高(P＜0.05);治疗后,2组LVEF、CI、SDNN、PNN50、LF 均升高(P＜0.05),LVEDD、hs-CRP、IL-8 均下降(P＜0.05),且观察组变化更明显(P＜0.05).结论 复方丹参滴丸联合米力农治疗CHF疗效确切,能够提高心功能,降低血清hs-CRP、IL-8水平,改善心率变异性指标.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Milrinone on se-rum biochemical indexes and heart rate variability in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:A total of 80 CHF patients were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was given Milrinone treat-ment and the observation group was given Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Milrinone treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.The efficacy,cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac in-dex(CI),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],serum biochemical parameters[interleukin-8(IL-8),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)]and heart rate variability[24h normal sinus RR interval standard deviation(SDNN),adjacent RR interval difference＞50 ms percentage of beats to total RR interval(PNN50),Low frequency band(LF)]of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).After treatment,LVEF,CI,SDNN,PNN50 and LF in the two groups were increased(P＜0.05)while LVEDD,hs-CRP and IL-8 were decreased(P＜0.05),and the changes were more significant in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with Milrinone has a definite effect in the treatment of CHF,can improve cardiac function,re-duce serum hs-CRP and IL-8 levels,and improve heart rate variability index.
