Clinical Observation of Hot Compress Pack of Qingyidaoxie Prescription for the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis Syndrome of Liver-Qi Stagnation
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hot compress pack of Qingyidaoxie Prescription in the adju-vant treatment of acute pancreatitis syndrome of liver-qi stagnation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with acute pan-creatitis syndrome of liver-qi stagnation were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the observation group was treated with hot compress pack of Qingyidaoxie Prescription on the basis of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the laboratory indexes(white blood cell count,serum amylase,C-reactive protein),intestinal function score,abdominal pain and distension relief time,and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The white blood cell count,serum amylase,C-reactive protein,TCM syn-drome score and intestinal function score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The relief time of abdominal pain and distension in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The hot compress pack of Qingyidaoxie Prescription for the adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis syndrome of liver-qi stagnation can accelerate the recovery of intestinal function,relieve the symptoms of abdominal pain and distension faster and reduce the inflammatory index and serum amylase.
