基于数据挖掘探讨《妇科冰鉴》"月经门"用药组方规律

摘要
目的 通过数据挖掘技术探讨《妇科冰鉴》治疗月经病的用药组方规律.方法 收集《妇科冰鉴》月经门中所包含的方药,对药物组成进行整理以及规范化处理,通过Mircrosoft Excel 2015录入数据建立数据库,利用中医传承辅助平台的频次统计分析,关联规则分析,聚类分析等功能,对《妇科冰鉴》"月经门"复方中高频药物及配伍规律进行统计分析.结果 通过筛选共计复方52首,涉及67味中药,累计频次352次,高频中药(≥10次)的有11味药,排名前五的有当归、川芎、白芍、熟地黄、炙甘草;组方用药性多温、寒、平;药味多甘、辛、苦;药物归经以脾经者居首位,肝经次之,随后为心经.关联分析得出16个常用药物组合,前三位分别是川芎-当归,当归-白芍,川芎-白芍;得出46条关联规则,前五位(置信度≥1)分别是川芎-＞当归;熟地黄,川芎-＞当归;熟地黄,白芍-＞当归,川芎,白芍-＞当归,熟地黄,川芎,白芍-＞当归.最后聚类分析得到10个药物核心组合以及5首新方组合.结论 《妇科冰鉴》"月经门"治疗月经病以理气调血、培补脾肾、平衡阴阳为总则,在对症治疗加减药味上大多表现为平中见奇之策.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the the medication composition rule of menstruation in Gynecological Judgement based on data mining,Methods:The prescriptions for menstruation contained in Gynecological Judgement were collect-ed and the herb compositions were sorted out and standardized.The data was entered and the database was established by Mircrosoft Excel 2015.By using the functions of TCM inheritance assistance platform such as frequency statistical a-nalysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,the high frequency herbs and their compatibility in the compound of menstruation in Gynecological Judgement were analyzed statistically.Results:A total of 52 compounds were screened out,involving 67 herbs,with a cumulative frequency of 352 times and 11 high frequency herbs(≥10 times).The top five herbs were angelica,ligusticum,paeoniae,cooked rehmannia,and licorice.The properties of the herbs were warm,cold and moderate and the taste were sweet,pungent and bitter.The splenic channel was the first,followed by the liver channel and then followed by the heart channel.16 commonly used herb combinations were obtained by as-sociation analysis,and the top three were ligusticum-angelica,angelica-paeoniae and igusticum-paeoniae.46 asso-ciation rules were obtained,and the first five(confidence ≥1)were ligusticum-＞angelica.cooked rehmannia,ligu-sticum-＞angelica,cooked rehmannia,paeoniae-＞angelica,ligusticum,paeoniae-＞angelica,cooked rehman-nia,ligusticum,paeoniae-＞angelica.Finally,10 herb core combinations and 5 new prescription combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:For the menstruation treatment in Gynecological Judgement,the treatment of menstruation disease is the general principle of regulating qi and blood,nourishing spleen and kidney,balancing yin and yang.In the taste of modified herbs in symptomatic treatment,most of them show the odd policy.
