Analysis of Medication Regularity of TCM Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Based on Data Mining
Objective:To analyze the set prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)treated by chemotherapy based on data mining,in order to provide certain ref-erence for clinical medication and new herb development. Methods:Literature on TCM oral prescriptions for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer that was collected in Chinese journal full-text database,Chinese academic journal da-tabase,Chinese biomedical literature database,Chinese science and technology journal database and other databases were retrieved and screened as data sources, and prescription databases were established after screening. The herb compatibility, frequency and dose, property and the patients'symptoms were summarized and analyzd by EXCEL,SPSS and SPSSModeler.Association rule model was made by Apriori algorithm, and visual network graph was con-structed by using Cytoscape on the co-occurrence relationship of TCM.Results:A total of 156 literature was includ-ed,involving 156 prescriptions and 241 TCM herbs.Association rules analysis found 9 groups of high-frequency combinations of commonly used herbs and 51 association rules. The visualization network suggested the core of TCM prescriptions was Sijunzi decoction. The top 3 most frequently used herbs were Astragalus,Ophiopogon and Poria. The five tastes was usually sweet, followed by bitter and pungent, and the most common channel tropism was lung,fol-lowed by spleen and stomach. The four properties were usually moderate, warm and slightly cold. The hierarchical cluster analysis resulted in 5 categories. Conclusion:Through data mining analysis, the prescription regularity of TCM combination with chemotherapy in NSCLC patients was obtained, and the core state of pathogenesis and the properties of chemotherapy drugs in NSCLC patients were preliminarily summarized.
