Discussion on the Prescription Rules of Modern Famous Doctors in the Treatment of Vertigo Based on the Series of One Hundred Chinese Medical Practitioners in the Past Century in China
Objective:To explore the prescription rules of famous doctors in the treatment of vertigo through the Series of One Hundred Chinese Medical Practitioners in the Past Century in China by using data mining.Methods:Da-ta source was obtained from Series of One Hundred Chinese Medical Practitioners in the Past Century in China,and the frequency,frequency statistics,association rule analysis,factor analysis,system cluster analysis and complex network visualization analysis were made on the obtained data by using Excel,IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0,IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0,Origin 2022 and Cytoscape 3.9.1.Results:A total of 191 prescriptions were included,including 268 kinds of herbs,and the total frequency of operation was 2204 times.There were 31 kinds of herbs with a frequency ≥20,and the cumulative frequency was 1129 times.The herbs with high frequency of operation were Poria,Atractylodis,Gastro-dia,Pericarpium,Angelica,Peoniae,Chrysanthemum,Concha Haliotidis,Ligusticum,etc.The efficacy of the herbs with high frequency were mainly to tonify deficiency,to suppress liver to calm wind,and clear damp to promote diure-sis.The properties of the herbs were mainly warm and the tastes were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.The main channel tropism was mainly liver channel and spleen channel.The association rule analysis showed that the herb pairs with high support were Pinellia-Pericarpium,Poria-Atractylodis-Pinellia,Pinellia-Gastrodia-Poria and so on.Five categories were obtained by systematic cluster analysis,and 12 common factors were extracted by factor analysis.Conclusion:The basic pathogenesis of vertigo is related to wind,phlegm,stasis and deficiency.The main treatment is to clear damp to promote diuresis,eliminate dampness to dissolve phlegm,soothe liver to extinguish wind,tonify spleen and kidney and promote blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction.
