前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of Qianlie Shutong Capsule Combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

摘要
目的 基于Meta分析系统评价前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗慢性前列腺炎的有效性及安全性.方法 计算机检索中国知网、PubMed、万方等6个中、英文数据库,收集前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗CP的临床随机对照试验(RCT).文献检索年限为建库初始至2023年2月,依据疾病的纳入和排除标准提取数据,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入9项研究,共894例患者.Meta分析结果显示:前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗CP能显著提高临床有效性[OR=4.50,95％CI(2.35,7.41),P＜0.00001],降低前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI 评分)[MD=-6.02,95％CI(-7.68,-4.36),P＜0.00001]、清除前列腺液白细胞[MD＝-7,61,95％CI(-8.47,-6.74),P＜0.00001]、改善最大尿流率[MD=3.31,95％CI(0.93,5.69),P＜0.00001].结论 前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗CP能明显提高临床有效性,降低NIH-CPSI评分,清除前列腺液白细胞,改善最大尿流率,减少不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)based on meta-analysis.Methods:The ran-domized controlled trials(RCT)of Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of CP was collected by computer searching six Chinese and English databases including CNGI.cn,PubMed and Wan-fang.The literature search period was from the beginning of the database to February 2023.Data were extracted ac-cording to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of diseases,and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4 soft-ware.Results:Nine studies with a total of 894 patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of CP could significantly improve the clinical effectiveness[OR=4.50,95％CI(2.35,7.41),P＜0.00001],and reduce the prostatic inflammatory symptom in-dex(NIH-CPSI score)[MD=-6.02,95％CI(-7.68,-4.36).P＜0.00001],remove white blood cells from prostatic fluid[MD=-7,61,95％CI(-8.47,-6.74),P＜0.00001],improve the maximum urine flow rate[MD=3.31,95％CI(0.93,5.69),P＜0.00001].Conclusion:Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of CP can significantly improve clinical effectiveness,reduce NIH-CPSI score,clear white blood cells in prostatic fluid,improve maximum urine flow rate and reduce adverse reactions.
