摘要
目的 基于数据挖掘技术,分析针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的选穴规律.方法 以寒凝血瘀、痛经、针灸等为检索词检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普全文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方(WF)数据库中针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床研究文献,使用Microsoft Excel、IBM SPSS Statistics、IBM SPSS Modeler等软件分析古代针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的选穴规律.结果 共筛选出符合要求的82条穴位处方条文,其中涉及穴位34个.频次较高的5个穴位分别为关元、三阴交、子宫、地机、气海穴;经脉多为足太阴脾经、任脉、足阳明胃经;较常使用部位为腹部以及腰背部;聚类分析发现神阙-子宫,关元-气海-十七椎-血海,地机-合谷-中极-内关-太冲,归来-三阴交-足三里-次醪各自趋于一组,在腧穴配伍方面,关元、气海、子宫、三阴交为关联较强组合.结论 针灸治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的核心组方为关元、气海、子宫、三阴交.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the rule of acupoint selection in the treatment of dysmenorrhea with cold coagu-lation and blood stasis based on data mining technology.Methods:By using cold coagulation,blood stasis,dysmenor-rhea and acupuncture as search terms,the clinical research literature on acupuncture in the treatment of cold coagula-tion and blood stasis dysmenorrhea were searched in CNKI,VIP full-text periodical database and WF database.Mi-crosoft Excel,IBM SPSS Statistics and IBM SPSS Modeler were used to analyze the acupoint selection rule of ancient acupuncture treatment for cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea.Results:A total of 82 acupoint prescriptions meeting the requirements were selected,including 34 acupoints.The five points with high frequency were Guanyuan,Sanyinjiao,Zigong,Diji and Qihai.Most of meridians were foot Taiyin spleen channel,Ren pulse and foot Yangming stomach channel.The most commonly used parts were abdomen and lower back.The cluster analysis found that Shen-que-Zigong,Guanyuan-Qihai-Shiqizhui-Xuehai,Diji-Hegu-Zhongji-Neiguan-Taichong and Guilai-Sany-injiao-Zusanli-Ciliao tended to be a group.In terms of the compatibility of acupoints,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zigong and Sanyinjiao were strongly correlated combinations.Conclusion:The core prescriptions of acupuncture for cold coag-ulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea are Guanyuan,Qi Hai,Zigong and Sanyinjiao.
