基于数据挖掘分析中药熏洗促进胫骨平台骨折术后康复用药规律

摘要
目的 探究中药熏洗促进胫骨平台骨折术后康复的用药规律,为中医外治促进骨折术后恢复提供参考,为中西医结合治疗骨折提供思路.方法 搜索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed数据库中,中药熏洗促进胫骨平台骨折术后康复的相关文献,从中提取中药方剂,建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行药物频次统计、性味归经统计、组方规律分析、新方分析.结果 根据纳排标准,共纳入方剂61首,涉及107味中药,排在前10的.中药依次为伸筋草、红花、透骨草、乳香、海桐皮、牛膝、没药、当归、苏木、川芎;常用药物组合有18种,"红花-乳香"、"红花-木瓜"、"红花-伸筋草"等;挖掘出潜在核心药对12对,共获得新方6首.结论 中药熏洗促进胫骨平台骨折术后康复,可减轻肿胀及疼痛,改善关节活动度,降低深静脉血栓形成风险,主要以祛风(寒)湿药、活血化瘀药为主,味辛、苦、甘,多归肝、心、脾三经,根据患者术后不同症状,可随症加减.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the medication rule of herbal fumigation in the promotion of postoperative reha-bilitation of tibial plateau fracture and to provide reference for TCM external treatment of promoting postoperative recov-ery of fracture,and offer ideas for the treatment of fracture with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:Relevant literature on the promotion of postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture by herbal fumigation were searched in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed databases,and TCM prescriptions were extracted from them,and the database was established,The herb frequency statistic,property and flavor channel tropism statistic,prescription com-position rule analysis and new prescription analysis were conducted by TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5).Re-sults:According to inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 61 prescriptions were included,involving 107 Chinese herbs,and the top 10 Chinese herbs were Lycopodium,Safflower,Phrymaceae,Frankincense,Pittosporum bark,Achyranthes,Myrrh,Angelica,Sappan and Ligusticum.There were 18 commonly used herb combinations,Safflower-Frankincense,Safflower-Papaya,Safflower-Lycopodium and so on.12 pairs of potential core herbs were excava-ted and 6 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:Herbal fumigation can promote postoperative rehabilitation of tibial plateau fracture,reduce swelling and pain,improve joint mobility and reduce the risk of deep vein thrombosis.The herbs are mainly to dispel the wind(cold)and dampness and to activate blood to remove blood stasis.The taste was pungent,bitter and sweet,and the channel tropism are liver,heart and spleen.The medication can be increased or decreased according to different postoperative symptoms of patients.
