Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Patients with Yang-deficiency Syndrome by Wenyang Lishui Prescription
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Wenyang Lishui Prescription in the treatment of chronic heart failure with Yang-deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure classified as gradeⅡ to Ⅲ with heart failure,who were admitted from November 2020 to November 2021,were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,41 cases each group.Both groups were treated with conven-tional western medicine,and the treatment group was added Wenyang Lishui Prescription.The clinical effect of both groups was evaluated after 14 days of treatment.The curative effect of TCM syndrome,serum N-terminal probrain na-triuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),quality of life score and 6-min walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,serum NT-proBNP in the two groups was significantly decreased,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The activity endurance and quality of life of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 78.05％(P＜0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,Wenyang Lishui Prescription can improve the clinical symp-toms and reduce NT-proBNP,improve the quality of life and activity endurance of the patients.
