Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yushen Yangluan Prescription in the treatment of elderly ovarian reserve dysfunction(ORD)with renal deficiency type.Methods:90 elderly ORD patients with renal deficiency type were divided into treatment group and placebo group according to random number table method,45 cases each group.The treatment group was given oral Yushen-Yangluan Prescription and the placebo group was given oral place-bo for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The changes of serum basic sex hormone(FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH),anti-Muller hormone(AMH),sinus follicle count(AFC),TCM syndrome score,ovarian artery blood flow and safety inde-xes were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of serum FSH,LH and FSH/LH in the treat-ment group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05),and the levels of serum E2 and AMH were higher than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05).The number of sinus follicles in the treatment group was sig-nificantly more than that in the placebo group(P＜0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was signif-icantly lower than that of the placebo group(P＜0.05).PI and RI in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05),and PSV in the treatment group was higher than that in the placebo group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yushen Yangluan Prescription has significant clinical effect in the treatment of elderly ovarian reserve dysfunction(ORD)with renal deficiency type,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and increase the number of sinus follicles.The mechanism of action may be related to regulating basic sex hormone levels and im-proving ovarian arterial blood supply.
